At NutraCore®, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic, high-quality health and nutrition supplements sourced directly from brands or authorized importers. We follow strict quality checks to ensure our customers receive genuine products in excellent condition.
However, in the rare event that you need to cancel or return a product, please read our guidelines carefully.
We understand that you may need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
We accept returns only under specific conditions, ensuring the highest product quality and hygiene standards.
When Can I Return My Product? You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order if:
You have received a damaged or defective product.
You are unable to verify authenticity using our Seal of Authenticity or brand-provided authentication code.
The product packaging is intact, unused, and the seal is not broken.

Return Process: To initiate a return:
Login to your NutraCore® customer account → Go to 'My Orders' → Request Return. OR
Email us at support@nutracore.in with:
Your Order ID
Clear images/video of the product showing the issue/damage
Reason for return
Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging or missing tags
Gift Cards or Promotional Vouchers
Personal care products (e.g., shaker bottles, accessories, or apparel) once used
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
